Niyet, Müslümanlar için tasarlanmış bir dijital ibadet ve manevi gelişim uygulamasıdır. Uygulama; namaz vakitleri, Kur'an-ı Kerim, dualar, zikirler ve alışkanlık takibi gibi manevi içerikler sunmaktadır.
Premium özelliklere erişim, otomatik olarak yenilenen abonelik modeline tabidir. Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla birlikte Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Mevcut abonelik döneminde ücretsiz deneme süresi sunuluyorsa, kullanılmayan kısım için ücret alınmaz.
Aboneliğiniz, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden 24 saat önce hesabınızdan çekilir. Aboneliklerinizi Apple ID hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
Uygulama içerisindeki tüm içerik, tasarım ve yazılım kodları Kalyoncu mülkiyetindedir ve izinsiz kopyalanamaz. Tüm haklar saklıdır.
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulmaktadır. Yazılımsal hatalardan kaynaklanabilecek veri kayıplarından Kalyoncu sorumlu tutulamaz. Namaz vakitleri hesaplamaları yaklaşık değerlerdir; kesin vakitler için yerel müftülük bilgilerine başvurmanızı öneririz.
Bu koşullara ek olarak, Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir. Apple'ın standart EULA'sına buradan ulaşabilirsiniz.
Bu kullanım koşullarını herhangi bir zamanda güncelleme hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulacaktır.

Niyet is a digital worship and spiritual development application designed for Muslims. The app provides prayer times, Quran, supplications, dhikr, and habit tracking features.
Access to premium features requires an auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered for the current subscription period, the unused portion will not be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
All content, designs, and software code within the app are the exclusive property of Kalyoncu. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.
The application is provided “as is.” Kalyoncu shall not be liable for any damages or data loss resulting from the use of the service. Prayer time calculations are approximate values based on astronomical data; we recommend consulting local authorities for precise times.
In addition to these terms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. You can access Apple's standard EULA here.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications.
